Q. What is mortgage mis-selling?

A. A mis-sold mortgage can be a variety of things.  If you were advised to take an unsuitable or unaffordable product.  Encouraged to inflate your income by a mortgage broker to ensure you got a loan.  The solicitor has not acted with duty of care.  These are just a very small sample to check if you have been mis-sold a mortgage please complete the online form or telephone 0800 612 4136

Q. What fees do you charge?

A.  We will assess your case free of charge.  Once we have established you may have a case we charge £97.00  and 20% of an compensation we recover on your behalf.

Q.  When are the fees payable

A.  The £97.00 is payable following our initial assesment, but the 20% payment is not due until you have received your compensation.

Q.  How far can you go back?

A. We can review any mortgage within the last 10 years

Q.  How long does it take?

A.  The initial process of collecting the documents from the various parties can take upto 3 months.  Once we have all the paperwork we can advise if you have a claim within a week.  The lenght of the claim process with depend on the complexity of the matter, but could easily be in excess of 12 months.

Q.  My house has been repossessed, can you help?

A.  Yes we can audit the orginal mortgage of the property and the repossession process.

Q.  Im about to be repossessed, can you help?

A.  We can but there is an additional fee of £350.00 as there is a lot of work required.  This is required upfront before work can commence.

Q.  Am I guaranteed success?

A.  Lets be realistic, nothing is guaranteed.  We will act using our best skill and judgement to ensure where possible we obtain a successful outcome.
