We will complete our inital audit of your information free of charge.

If you bought your council house through the Right to Buy scheme then our service is free of charge.

Should you have arranged a normal mortgage or remortgage then in almost all circumstances our services are run on a no win no fee agreement.  Should we need to retrieve paperwork from various parties involved in the mortgage process then we may charge a fee of £10 per request to cover our costs in doing so. If you cancel within 14 days of paying this fee you will be entitled to a full refund.  All cancellations must be in writing to the address listed on our contact page.

After the 14 day cooling off period a refund minus our expenses will be due, as it is likely we will have incurred  costs in relation to the collection of the documents that with help prove you have been mis sold mortgage.

Your fee should it be payable covers the cost of us retreiving all the documentation in connection with your mis sold mortgage and forensic examination of it from the various parties involved in the mortgage process including but not limited to mortgage lender, mortgage broker, solicitor, mortgage surveyor, mortgage packager and estate agent.

As you will see we have to spend considerable time and effort in collating all the paperwork, to investigate your case for mortgage mis selling.
